Overview
This section enables you to manage te jobs in the system.
Create a job
To create a job
- Click New job
- Add the Contact and Pool
- Select the Job type
- Check the task list and make any changes
- Add any Notes, Tags or colour labels
- Add to / edit the product list
- Select a technician, or leave unassaigned
- To Schedule, click the Start time ad select a slot - the job will be assigned an end time, based on the template
- If you want to make a recurring joob, click Make recurrance and choose you recurrence pattern*
- Select the SMS notifications you wish to send and the recipients
- Click Create
Calendar
Overview
There are multiple views in this section, from which you can view and update your jobs.
There are a number of features shared across the views
- View unscheduled: A searchable list of all you unscheduled jobs. You can drag the jobs onto a slot on the calendar to schedule them in, or drag them out to make them unscheduled.
- Filter: Enables you to filter jobs shown by tech, tag or status. You can also indicate what you what shown on the job cards.
- Drag and drop: Drag and drop jobs to reschedule them
- Hover: Hover on job cards to see more info, or move the job to another day / time
Day view
The Day view shows all the jobs for the day, broken down by time and technician
- Change between days by clicking the dates, or arrows at the top of the page
- Map view enables you to see all technicians current location and jobs for the day
Week view
The Week view shows all the jobs for the week / fortnight, broken down by technician
- Use the Switch to week / fortnight button at the top of the page to change the display
- The briefcase icon shows how many hours are scheduled for the technician for the day
- Job times will automatically bre assigned when dragging and dropping from this screen
Month view
The Month view lets you see all the jobs for the month
- Change between months by clicking the arrows at the top of the page
List
Overview
The list view shows all jobs in the system.
Filtering the list
You can filter the invoice list by
- Search
- Status
- Job tags
- Date range
- Custom Filters
Adjusting the view
Use the Columns button to adjust the columns you want shown on the page. You can also sort, and pin columns by hovering over a specific column and clicking the 3 dots.
Actions
You can export the list of jobs by clicking the export button at the top of the page. And you can click on a job to see it in more detail.
On the right hand side of the page you can
- Edit job recurrence
- Delete jobs
- End job recurrence
Jobs to invoice
Overview
The list view shows all jobs that have been completed and are ready for invoicing. Jobs will only show here if the technician chooses job complete, rather than send invoice. You can disable the capability for the technicians to invoice in the Team section.
Invoicing a job
To invoice a job
- Either click on the job, or click Preview and send
- Review all the infromation and make any required changes
- Click Actions > Preview and send invoice
- Use a custom invoice ID if you want to start the invoice numbering at a new number
- Check The date of vist, invoice date and due date - the due date comes from the customers trading terms
- Assign a second recipient if you wish the split the bill
- Check the Emai, invoice details, and email settings
- Click Actions > Send, or Mark as invoiced - Mark as invoiced is only for scenarios where a 3rd party integrated system is sending the invoices, or you need to print and post the invoice.

You can filter the jobs to invoice list by
- Search
- Status
- Job tags
- Date range
- Custom Filters

On the right hand side of the page you can
- Hide a job if it does not need to be invoices
- Preview and send the invoice
Recurrence list
Overview
The list view shows all the recurring jobs setup in the system. Each recurring job will only show once, with the recurrence pattern, next job date and recurrence end date shown.
Filtering the list
You can filter the recurrence list by
- Search
- Status
- Custom Filters
Adjusting the view
Use the Columns button to adjust the columns you want shown on the page. You can also sort, and pin columns by hovering over a specific column and clicking the 3 dots.

On the right hand side of the page you can
- Edit a recurrence
- Delete a recurrence
- View all jobs in the series (expanded view only)
