Campaigns

Create a campaign

  1. Go to Operations > Campaigns

  2. Click “New Campaign”

  3. Give the campaign a name

  4. Add a URL

  5. Upload banner

  6. Set which assets you would like the campaign to show on


Tips and tricks

  • The URL will make the banner clickable when used in the email footer


  • Banner specs: Dimensions: 1092x135 px | Maximum file size: 5 MB | File formats: PNG, GIF, JPG, SVG


  • The start and end date dictate when the banner will run. It will not run before the Start date, or after the Expiry date



Update a campaign

Campaigns can either be updated from the list view.


List view

From the list view, you can change the banners that are switched on for specific assets.


Tips and tricks

Only one banner can be switched on per asset type at a time. If you switch a banner on, it will switch off any other banner that is switched on for that asset.



Edit view

By clicking the pencil icon next to a banner in the list view, you can edit all information relating to the campaign.


Delete a campaign

From the list view, click the trash icon to delete a campaign.
