This section enables you to purchase SMS packs, and track SMS messages
Configure
This section enables you to enable SMS messaging, and purchase SMS packs.
To purchase an SMS pack
- Select Enable SMS messaging
- Select the pack you wish to purchase
- Enable auto-topup if you want the system to auto-purchase SMS credits when you go below 25 SMS
- Click Buy SMS credits
Sent messages
This section enables you to track the history of all SMS sent through the system.
Filtering the list
You can filter the SMS list by
- Search
- Type
- Status
- Date range
Actions
You can export the list of jobs by clicking the export button at the top of the page. And you can click on a job to see it in more detail.
On the right hand side of the page you can
- View message
- Edit the phone number and resend the message
- Resend failed messages
