Overview
This section enables you to manage the equipment types, fields and templates available in the system
Template
Equipment templates enable users to quickly create new equipment.
To create a new template
- Click new template
- Select Type from the dropdown - this will expose the relevant fields for the equipment type, based on templates (next section)
- Enter the remaining information
- Press save
Type
This section enables you to manage the equipment types and equipment attributes that can be added on the fly, or via a template.
To create a new Equipment type
- Click new type
- Enter the name
- Add the dynamic fields
- Text: Free text field
- Number: Number only field
- Dropdown: Create your own options for this
- Date: Date selector
- Press save
