Overview
This section is where you can manage the quotes sent from the system.
- Reply to email: This is the email replies will be sent to if the customer replies to a quote email
- Email CC: This email will be cc'd in all quote emails
- Intro subject line: This is the subject line for quote emails
- Intro message: This is the email body for quote emails
TIP: Use the merge tags to add quote / contact specific information. These tags will be replaced with the relevant information when a quote is sent.
Settings
- Display task list: Dictates whether the job template task list is shown on the quote
- Enable SKU on quotes: Dictates whether the product SKU codes are shown on quotes
- Resend quotes: Quotes can be auto-resent if the status does not change. You can set the number of attempts and period between attempts, before the quote is archived.
