Tags

Overview

Tags enable you to categorise and filter different elements within the portal, including

  • Contacts
  • Pools
  • Jobs
  • Products
  • Users


Managing the list of tags

Tags can be managed from the setup section (SETUP > Tags).


You can use the left hand menu to search or filter out the tags you want to view. On the right hand side you can see the list of tags, and edit / delete as required.


Use the "New tag" button on the right to create new tags.



Adding tags to a record

You can add a tag to a contact, pool, job, product or user. As you start typing, the system will show any matching tags.



If no tags are found, just press enter to create it.


Using tags

Tags can be used to filter results in the affected sections.
