So you'd like to edit your products?
This section enables you to manage or view your product set.
To begin, go to the 'Settings' icon in the icons bar. To create a new product, click 'New product' in the top right hand corner.
Product title: Enter the product name
Category: Assign it to a category
Link product to chemical test:
If the product is linked to a chemical test, switch this on.
- Chemical test: Select the test the product is associated with.
- Chemical group: Select the chemical dosage group the product is associated with. If it is not listed, tick ‘Create custom chemical group’
- Create custom chemical group:
- Add a name for the dosage group
- Click ‘Enable dosage calculation’
- Enter what is on the back of the container – EG 10L increases 10,000L by 10ppm
- 10(amount) L(unit) increases(effect) 10,000L(volume) 10(by) ppm(units)
Link product to another chemical test:
- You can link a product to as many chemical or observation tests as required

If the product is linked to a chemical test, switch this on.
- Observation test: Select the test the product is associated with.
- Observation group: Select the observation dosage group the product is associated with. If it is not listed, tick ‘Create custom observation group’
- Create custom observation group:
- Add a name for the dosage group
- Click ‘Enable dosage calculation’
- Enter what is on the back of the container – EG 10L resolves 10,000L
10(amount) L(unit) resolves 10,000L(volume)
Link product to another observation test:
- You can link a product to as many chemical or observation tests as required
Product variations
You can create as many variations of a product as required. For example, if you have Alkalinity increaser, you can add 2k, 4kg, 10kg here, just click ‘Clone product variations’.
- GST included: Tick this if the price you enter is inclusive of GST
- SKU: Enter the SKU / product code
- Cost: enter the price you are selling the item for
- Volume / Unit: Enter the volume of the package (EG 2kg). If it does not have a volume, just select 1 Piece
- Brand: Select brand or add a new one.
