Some iOS users may be experiencing app issues during screen lock. If you experience this, please turn off Background App Refresh. We are waiting on the app store to release a fix, at which point we will advise to turn it back on.
To turn off Background App Refresh for your iPad / iPhone
- Go to Settings.
- Tap General.
- Tap Background App Refresh.
- From the list of apps shown, use the toggle to turn Background App Refresh off for Pooltrackr
