SENDING VIA EMAIL
Using the menu on the right, you can email your water test to the customer, and can customise the message as needed. The email will default to the customer email address, but you can add additional email addresses if required.
SENDING VIA SMS
You can also SMS the report to the customer. It will default to any SMS ready phone numbers, but you can add additional numbers if required. These numbers will be saved against the customer record for future use. The limitation of SMS technology means you can only enter 130 characters, the system will not allow you to enter more.
