Linking and unlinking contacts in the portal

So you'd like to link or unlink a contact? 

If a customer moves, but you want to continue servicing the pool for the new owner, you will need to unlink the old contact; and link a new one. 

To do this, begin by clicking on the 'Pool' icon in the icons list. Search the pool in your ‘Pool list’, click on it, and go into pool details. Here, you can click unlink on existing contacts, or choose to add another contact.
