Setup - Send job sheet before invoice

This article outlines the steps on how to send job sheets separately and the necessary set-up needed to enable this feature. 


Setup roles and permission


To allow users to send the job sheet, you would need to enable this permission within the tech and admin roles by accessing Setup → Team → Roles. Check the 'Send job sheet' permission and click on the Save button. 






Note: Roles and permissions can only be changed/edited by the account owner.



Setup Job sheet Email 


You can set a separate intro message for the job sheet email. This can be different to the invoice email. This can be set by navigating to Setup → Jobs → Email → Job Sheet. 



Click on the 'Preview job sheet email' button to check how the email would look like when sent to the customer. Click on the 'Save job sheet settings' to save the changes. 

 

You can make use of the merge tags to personalise the email and tailor it according to your organisation's branding.
