How does the customer quote approval process work

A quote can be approved manualy by Pooltrackr users, or by the customer. This section will cover off the customer quote approval process.


  1. Generate a quote and press send
  2. The customer will receive an email, with the quote attached and an Approve button
  3. If the customer clicks Approve, they will be taken to an approval screen, where they enter their name and signature
  4. Once this is complete, the quote status will change to Approved in the portal and can be scheduled
