Setup - Plan & Payment

This section provides a comprehensive guide on setting up your subscription and managing billing information within Pooltrackr. You can customize your subscription plan and adjust the number of technicians and admins based on your requirements. The process is simple and tailored to suit the needs of your business. Here's a step-by-step guide to get started: 



Accessing the Plan and Payment Page





Navigate to Setup Plan & Payment → Overview. This page provides access to managing your subscription and billing information.


Plan & Payment page




1. Payment details - In this section, you can add your payment details for your subscription. The same payment method will be charged if you purchase an SMS pack to use SMS reminders and notifications.


To ensure seamless access to Pooltrackr's features and services, it's important to keep your payment details up to date. You can securely update your payment information directly within the payment method field.



A. You can delete or edit the card information by clicking on the 'Delete' or 'Edit' buttons. 


2. Subscription - This displays the current subscription plan your organisation has. To modify the subscription plan, you can:




A. If you want to change to a different plan, click on the 'Change plan' button. 


OR


 B. If you wish to stop using the service, click on the 'Unsubscribe' button.



Choosing Your Subscription Plan 



Pooltrackr provides flexible subscription plans designed to accommodate the scale and needs of your business. Select the plan that aligns best with your requirements, whether you're an individual operator or manage a team of technicians and admins. 


Depending on the size of your team, you can easily adjust the number of technicians and admin users associated with your subscription. This ensures that you're only paying for the users you need, helping you optimise costs while maintaining efficiency.



Changing your plan 




You can modify the number of technicians/administrators by utilizing the slider. This will automatically update the plan's total amount due accordingly. Click the 'Change Plan' button to confirm and apply the changes. 


Once you confirm the updated number of users, you will be charged for the difference. The amount will be pro-rated and calculated based on the remaining days until your next billing period.




3. Billing Details - This section is where you enter the billing address associated with the payment method you have on file. 




A. Select the 'Use organisation details' toggle if you wish to use the information you have set up under the My Business page. 


B. Click the 'Save billing details' button to save the billing details. 


4. Current plan - The current plan associated with your account includes features such as the number of technician/administrator users. 


5. Your next bill - This section displays the amount due and the upcoming billing date for your Pooltrackr account.
