Most Real Estate contacts maintain a lot of pools, we DO NOT recommend creating a new Real Estate contact for each pool.
Creating a new Real Estate Contact:
- To start, click the 'Contacts' in the main menu:
- On the 'Contacts' list, click the 'ADD NEW CONTACT' button
- 'Contact details' section:
Type 'Company'
Fill in the 'Company name' field and other required fields
- 'Linked Pools' section:
If you already have existing pools in the system, you can link all of them to this contact, for example, this Real Estate Agency works with 10 pools and these 10 pools were created and linked to owners or tenants, you can click the 'Link an existing pool' button
Select a desired pool from the pool list
And this pool will be linked to your contact
Change 'Relationship to Pool' to 'Agency/Strata'
If you need to link more pools to this contact, click the 'Link another pool' button and link another pool.
When you linked all pools, click the 'Save' button
Now your Real Estate agency is linked to all pools that it maintenances
