Managing contacts and pools

Viewing contacts
Tap the contacts icon in the bottom menu to see a list of all your contacts ordered alphabetically. You can search for a contact by entering their name, address, email or phone number and will see a summary of their details and the pools that they are linked to. Contact information can be edited and updated here and you can also pull up a list of all the past and future jobs that have been created for the contact and any quotes and invoices that have been issued.
Editing contacts

Contact information can be edited and updated here and you can also pull up a list of all the past and future jobs that have been created for the contact and any quotes and invoices that have been issued.

Tapping onto a linked pool shows the pool specifications, linked contacts and any notes and equipment that have been logged. You can also pull up a list of all the jobs, quotes and invoices relating to the pool- not just this contact.

Adding a new contact

To add a new contact, tap the plus icon from the contact screen and add the customers details. You can find an address using the search field which will populate the relevant details. Scrolling down you can specify this to be a batch customer. This will collect their invoices together in a queue until you’re ready to combine them into one invoice - useful for weekly customers who want to be invoiced monthly.

From there you can link the contact to a pool that you already manage or use the switch to create a new pool at this address. Hit SAVE and you’re ready to create a job for your new contact or add more details about their pool.

Managing pools
Managing pools follows a similar workflow to contacts, so you can search for a pool by entering part of its address or the name of a linked contact and then see the pools details, view jobs, invoices and quotes for the pool and can edit it to add to or update its specifications.
