So you would like to view a quote in the portal?
- To begin searching the quotes in your system, click 'Quotes' in the icon bar.
- You can then type in the contact name in the search function, found on the top right hand corner.
- There are two types of quotes you can view – open quotes and archived quotes.
- To preview a quote, click on the magnifying glass icon under ‘Actions’.
- To view the details of a quote, simply click on it from your ‘Quote list’ on the quotes homepage.
Quotes that have been sent to the contact display a green paper plane in the ‘Status’ column.
